1. Definition
Digital Asset
As used herein,โ Digital Asset,โ also called โconvertible virtual currency,โ โcryptocurrency,โ orโ digital goods,โ such as bitcoin or ether, which is based on the cryptographic protocol of a computer network that may be (i) centralized or decentralized, (ii) closed or open-source, and (iii) used as a medium of exchange and; this store of value.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Browsing Information: Device ID, browsing information such as name and version, IP address
Usage Data: Authentication data, security questions, click-stream data, public social networking posts, and other data collected via cookies or similar technologies.Information about how our Services are performing when you use them, e.g., error messages you receive, performance of the site information.
2.3 Information We Obtain from Affiliates and Third Parties
Affiliates: By applicable law, we may obtain information about you from the group of companies related to us by common control or ownership (โAffiliatesโ) as a regular part of conducting business to offer our Affiliatesโ Services. Blockchain Data: We may analyze public blockchain data, such as transaction IDs, transaction amounts, wallet addresses, timestamps, or transactions or events.

In case of merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation on this platform, or other situations involving merger, investment, or bankruptcy liquidation, if personal information transfer is concerned, we will require new companies and organizations that hold your personal information to continue subject to this policy. About public safety, public health, and significant public interests;
Related to judicial or administrative law enforcement such as crime investigation, prosecution, trial, and judgment execution;
