This Risk and Disclaimer should be read in conjunction with the User Agreement. We want you to understand the critical risks and compliance matters while you trade on our platform.

Cryptocurrency trading carries a substantial risk. All trading activities are done at your discretion and your own risk. The information here should not be regarded as financial or investment advice from Tsp.exchange. Tsp.exchange will not be liable for any loss arising from your use of Tsp.exchange.

Tsp.exchange is a transparent exchange that operates on smart contract. As with any cryptocurrency investment, trading on Tsp.exchange comes with inherent risks. Investors should consider their financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, and other relevant factors before using the platform.

You understand and agree that under no circumstance will we be held liable for any of the following risks:

1. Market Risk

Since trading on Tsp.exchange is based on user-to-user transactions rather than institutional regulation, the cryptocurrency market is highly volatile, and prices fluctuate rapidly. Investors may experience significant losses if they do not monitor the market closely. Users should have sufficient market knowledge and risk awareness before engaging in any trading activity.

2. Liquidity Risk

Digital Assets may have limited liquidity, making it difficult or impossible for you to sell or exit a position when you wish to do so. This may occur at any time, including during rapid price movements.

3. Smart Contract and Technologies Risk

Smart contracts are a core component of Tsp.exchange, and errors or vulnerabilities in the smart contract code may result in trading losses. While we are incredibly cautious in contract design and code auditing, there is always the possibility of unknown vulnerabilities or attack risks.

Faults, defects, hacks, exploits, errors, protocol failures, or unforeseen circumstances occurring in respect of contract or the technologies or economic systems on which the Digital Asset relies.

Transactions in Digital Assets are irreversible. Consequently, losses due to fraudulent or accidental transactions may not be recoverable.

Attacks on the protocol or technologies on which a Digital Asset depends, including, but not limited to: i. distributed denial of service; ii. sybil attacks; iii. phishing; iv. social engineering; v. hacking; vi. smurfing; vii. malware; viii. double spending; ix. majority-mining,consensus-based, or other mining attacks; x. misinformation campaigns; xi. forks; and xii. spoofing.

4. Third Party Risk

Third parties, such as GMX, Vela, GNS perpetual, etc. May be involved in the provision of Tsp—exchange Services. You need to know these protocol risks, and Tsp.exchange is not responsible for any loss these third parties may cause you due to these risks, including running away, getting stolen, etc.

5. Private Key Management Risk

Users need to safeguard their private keys adequately. If private keys are lost or stolen, they may be unable to access their assets. We recommend that users implement multi-signature and backup measures to ensure the safety of their private keys.

6. Regulatory Risk

As a transparent exchange, Tsp.exchange is not regulated by any authority, and there may be transactions or behaviors that do not comply with local laws and regulations, resulting in legal risks. Users should understand local laws and regulations before engaging in any trading activity and ensure their actions are legal.

Tsp.exchange is unavailable for customers in the following countries & territories: United States, Puerto Rico, Syria, North Korea, Iran, and Russia. Citizens of these jurisdictions are strictly prohibited from using Tsp.exchange.

7. You understand and agree that we shall not be held liable for any damages caused by any of the following events:

7.1 Where we are properly justified in believing that your specific transactions may involve any severe violation or breach of law or agreement;

7.2 Where we are reasonably justified in believing that your conduct on this Website is suspected of being illegal or immoral;

7.3 The expenses and losses arising from the purchase or acquisition of any data, information transaction, etc., through the services offered by this Website;

7.4 Your misunderstanding of the Services offered by this Website

7.5 Any other losses related to the services provided by this Website that cannot be attributed to us.

8. Where we fail to provide the Services or delay in providing such Services due to information network equipment maintenance, information network connectivity failures, errors in computer, communications, or other systems, power failures, weather conditions, unexpected accidents, industrial actions, labor disputes, revolts, uprisings, riots, lack of productivity or production materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, wars, failure on the part of banks or other partners, the collapse of the digital asset market, actions by government, judicial or administrative authorities, other acts that are noAgreementour control or beyond our inability to control, or due to causes on the part of third parties, we shall not assume any responsibility for such failure to provide service or delay in providing services, or for the resultant loss you may sustain as a result of such failure or delay.

We do not make any explicit or implicit warranties regarding your use of the Services offered by this platform, including but not limited to the applicability, freedom from error or omission, consistency, accuracy, reliability, and relevance to a specific purpose, of the services provided by this platform. Furthermore, we do not make any commitment or guarantee in connection with the validity, accuracy, correctness, reliability, quality, stability, integrity, and timeliness of the technology and information covered by the services offered by this platform. Whether to log in to this platform or use the services provided is your personal decision; therefore, you shall bear all the risks and possible losses arising from such a decision.

10. We do not waive any of the rights not mentioned in this Agreement and, to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law, to limit, exempt, or offset our liability for damages.

11. Upon registering your account with this platform, it shall be deemed that you approve any operations performed by us by the rules outlined in this Agreement, and you shall assume any risks arising from such operations.
